A Day of Gratitude to do yoga, be mindful and connect. 

Have a family day where your kids can stretch, do some mindfulness and meet other awesome people of all backgrounds & ages as we prepare for our Thanksgiving. 

We will have 3 morning yoga classes starting at 8am taught by two amazing certified Kids Yoga Instructors, Harmony and Janelle. 

(Our shop will be setting up at 7:30am so you may come early to grab a coffee!) 

The first class at 8am will be for 3-5 year olds. (Younger is invited but their attention span may not last so it is up to you if you want to register your child). 

The second class at 9am will be for 6-10 year olds. 

The third class at 10am will be for 11 years old and up. 

At the end of each class we will have a small activity or dance to summarize what we've achieved.

The Yoga is intended for children only but parents are encouraged to participate if that helps your child take part. (You only have to pay tickets per child).

You must BOOK ahead and ONLINE only as we have limited space available. We will provide yoga mats but you are encouraged to bring your own if you have one. 

*Please note that parking can get full quickly so plan ahead. 

We have 11 free Customers Stalls (ground floor only do not go up the ramp). And we now have a lot we use at Valenti Print Group (details on our Contact Us section). If we are full there is metered parking up Ward Avenue or you can park at the Blasidell lot for $8 flat rate (entrance on King Street- park closest you can to Kapiolani Blvd). We will buy you a coffee back if you park at the Blaisdell!
